Development Information & Process:

At Custom Fashion Jewels, it is ok to just have a sketch or drawing, or even a related product picture of what your design should look like. Our team of professionals will help with the guidance and assistants in bringing your idea to life. We offer 3 types of molds. Silicon, Rubber, Metal. Depending on the jewelry design, we try our best to mostly use metal molds as you can accomplish details and consistency unparalleled to other types of molds.

Development Lead Time: 2-3 Weeks

Average Development Cost & What it includes?

Average Development cost is around $250 – $350 per design. This Cost can range higher depending on the size and complexity of the design.

This is a one-time set up fee which includes the following.

(3D, Wax Print, (Machining of metal molds) and a Pre-Production finished final sample as you will receive the same in production orders, matching your Pre-Production sample.


As Custom Fashion Jewels is a larger capacity manufacture, we also welcome and service the smaller scale production orders with convenient low minimums.

Our operation includes a Quality Control Team, giving strict attention to product quality & Precision, insuring that every piece of jewelry out of production matches your approved Pre Production samples.


Production Lead Time: Average between 2-3 weeks.

Minimum Production Order Quantity per Design:

*Sterling Silver .925 & Brass – 100 pieces

*Alloys – 250 pieces

*Solid Gold – 50 pieces

        Rubber Mold


Metal Options:
 (Please note our metals are pure and high in quality, free of Toxins)

 Sterling Silver .925 – Brass - All Karats of Gold – Pewter - Zinc.

Plating Options:

(Please note that we only use High Quality True Electro Plating)

 Nickel Free Plating Available upon request.  Optional Vermeil plating Available. We also offer E Coating upon request.

What is E Coating? E coating, also known as electro-coating is the process/method used on jewelry to further protect the plating from tarnish and discoloration. E coating is clear in color, and is an optional process that is applied on the jewelry after the completion of the plating.
